Jhonson & Jhonson Baby Shampoo Contains Unsafe Chemicals
March 20th 2009 17:52
Everybody knows the famous brand Jhonson & Jhonson and many of us have used their products in our childhood or are buying their baby products for our babies. I personally liked their baby shampoo and washed my hairs with it even when I became a teenager. But recently when I saw this strange news about their shampoo I was feeling really bad as I couldn't stop thinking that all these years I was putting some sort of poison on my hairs.
In today's world it is kind of fine to many, if there is some thing harmful in products of daily use. We actually can't produce any thing commercially, that is not harmful. Also even if we know that there is something harmful, we can't really stop using these products as we can't live without them. But for God's sake I can't resist any thing dangerous to be there in a baby shampoo. I can't wash my baby's hairs with such products, if I had a baby.
Recently a study was being carried out by Shanghai Food & Drug Safety Administration on Jhonson & Jhonson baby shampoo. It was rumored that this product contains some sort of carcinogen that can be really harmful to the young ones. Parents in China started to get really worried about this rumor as it is one of the most widely used baby shampoos. Some supermarkets even pulled out these shampoos from their stores to protect their reputations.
The company after this hype, issued a reassurance about their product to be safe and told that there is nothing to be worried about. Jhonson & Jhonson's products are already certified to be safe by U.S based Health Centres. Although the assurance was some thing that made parents some what satisfied, yet there is no telling what these chemically modified products may have in them.
Also in China there have been many stories of fake products so any body going to China with a baby must take baby products with him/herself to avoid any risks!

I'll be sure to spread this info around. No use taking chances, especially when it comes to a baby's health.
Thanks for the info.
